Frozen Turkish delight

Rose petals, cashew ice cream, smothered in 85% dark chocolate.

Ingredients

1 cup cashews, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes

Rice syrup or date syrup to taste

A few drops of rose essence

80-100g Dark chocolate, melted

Rose petals (optional)


Method

Blend the cashews with the syrup and essence

Pour this into a small tupaware box and freeze

Once frozen cut it in half, put it on a piece of baking paper and cover it with the chocolate including the sides, scatter with rose petals and re-freeze
