Espresso Ice Cream

Ice cream with a caffeine kick! If you are vegan, healthy, clean eating, plant based......whatever ..... you should have already jumped on the frozen banana ice cream train and be choo chooing your way to nice cream heaven. This is our favourite flavour - espresso with a side of crunchy PB, topped with raw cacao nibs, for even more of a caffeine kick!

Ingredients

1 banana, chopped and frozen

A shot of cold espresso

Peanut butter

Cacao nibs

Method

  1. Simply blend the banana with the espresso, top with the peanut butter and nibs.
